Pennysmart CIC established in 2009 is an independent money advice agency based on the Flintshire/Chester border and operating across England & Wales with a special emphasis on Cheshire & North Wales.

We specialise in telephone and remote-based budgeting, benefits and regulated debt advice and casework support services aimed at the most vulnerable in our communities and we provide services for organisations such as local authorities, housing associations, charitable trusts and community groups.

We want people to join us who can demonstrate empathy, compassion and a non-judgemental approach whilst observing professional and legal boundaries in the client - advice provider relationship. This will have been in a previous role or in your personal life.
